Why are the links not working on my Flipbook?

Adding links and linking your products is very simple in our app, but some problems can prevent you from adding links or redirecting you to the correct pages. Here I mention the issues why your links are not working:

-If the first page of your PDF is a regular page and the following pages are double pages. Our software has an issue with PDFs that have pages of different dimensions. It would help to regenerate your PDF with single pages only then reupload it. This should solve your problem. If not, please get in touch with us immediately.

-When you add your default link in the box where you paste your link, a "#" sign appears. You must remove that sign before pasting your link.
