Synchronization of your store's products inventory, whether from Shopify or from the different platforms that our app supports, works automatically when you install our app in your store.
Products added to catalogs are not automatically synced after being added. The purpose is that you can have different prices in your catalog especially if you have different clients. If you make any changes to the products on your store, you must synchronize them again manually in the catalogs.
You can individually synchronize product information by using icons available near them when you move your mouse over products in the catalog. Your can also synchronize your whole catalog by using the "Synchronize All" button available in the toolbar:
